1. Hakotsukuri Beach(Pichipichi Beach) 箱作海水浴場 (ぴちぴちビーチ)
At Hakotsukuri beach you can enjoy a 700 meter long beach, with white sand, surrounded by greenery, making it a scenic area to go swimming at! If the weather is nice enough, you can even see Awaji Island, Akashi-Kaiko Bridge, and even Kansai International Airport. Perfect to relax and have a fun day in the sun at!

2. Nishiki Beach 二色の浜海水浴場
The name “nishiki” means two colors and here you can get a beautiful view of the white sand beach and the bright blue sky. There’s even a pine forest nearby to add in a pop of green.
Within Japan, Nishiki-no-Hama was selected as one of the 100 best spots for white sand & pine trees in Japan. Here you can feel relaxed with calm waves and a long beach extending for about 1 kilometer. There are few stones and rocks so it is safe for even small children. For more summer fun, you can even enjoy fireworks from 6:00 AM until 9:00 PM! Please just make sure to only use the permitted types of fireworks.

There’s even a pool for a more exciting experience–only available to those 120cm and up. In the outdoor pools, you can soak up the sun and get the ultimate summer pool experience. For those who want a little more relaxation–or if you just caught a chill in the pool water–warm up in the hot tub. Children can enjoy the kiddy pool: only 50cm water depth. Perfect for young ones! 2. Hirakata Park THE BOON ひらかたパーク THE BOON
1, 2, 3… 4!! There are 4 outdoor pools at Hirakata Park! Enjoy a summer siesta at the Siesta pool–a pool set on top of the hill, great for viewing the surrounding areas and relaxing. In the huge Dombura pool you can experience a running current–get swept up in the fun! In the Nagisa Pool you can enjoy a more traditional pool–the further you get, the deeper it goes. And of course for kids there’s the Wanpaku Pool with a waterslide and other fun water jungle gym like features to play with.
If you’re feeling brave: try out the Crying Tube. That’s right, it’s a super fast water slide called the Crying Tube that’s over 212 meters long! You be 120cm or above to ride.
